(Excluding Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

The check-in times for arrivals and the checkout times for departures are between the following hours:

Monday through to Friday 9am to 5pm
Saturday 9am to 1pm
Sunday 3pm to 5pm

Inspections are welcome by appointment, between 1 pm and 3 pm Tuesday through to Sunday. Please phone us in advance to arrange an inspection time. This will enable us to give you our full attention for a detailed tour and briefing on our facility and services.

To maintain our high quality of care we do not conduct Inspections without an appointment or during Christmas, New Years Day, Easter Friday, Saturday & Sunday and School Holidays.

We reward our customers who check out before Mid-day, Monday through to Saturday, by not charging for that day.

Cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard and Direct Debit cards are all accepted (We do not accept American Express or Diners Cards).
